Going home for the holidays is always interesting. Since I have launched my business, friends and family have requested repeats of dishes I cooked years ago. Growing up I saw carrots as the arch enemy of my tastebuds. No matter how they were presented; raw, steamed, candied, or hidden in soups, I ran away.
