Ginger Mocktinis to the Rescue

School maybe starting and dusk arrives a little quicker than we prefer, but that's ok. Take a bit of summer fun into your fall with these Ginger Mocktinis. Perfect for Sunday brunches or Saturday afternoon get togethers.

GINGER MOCKTINI

 

 

2 16 oz can non-alcoholic ginger beer

2 c 100% pineapple juice

1 c herbal tea (white or hibachis) double strength*

1/2 c cold water

1 lemon, quartered

1 lime, quartered

1 orange, quartered

2 c ice

 

Directions: 

In a large pitcher combine ginger beer, pineapple juice and tea. Stir. Add lemon, lime, orange and ice. Stir and serve in a martini glass. 

 

*Use two tea bags to one cup (8 ounces) of hot water. Teabags should be soaked in water for a minimum of 4 minutes.
