Tye holds live cooking demonstrations inspiring food lovers with great Mediterranean, Asian, Caribbean & Italian recipes with a healthy twist.
Tye's love for cooking began at an early age and kept developing as she matured. Faced with numerous food allergies, Tye has worked to create delicious, healthy gourmet entrees for all cooking levels. As one of the featured presenter at 2016 and 2017 Austin's Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest, she is delighted to work with all diets.

Students attending this Sustainable Food Center class will how learn to make perfect dumplings from scratch. Tye will demonstrate how to make dumpling dough - including a gluten-free version - and review the various ways dumplings can be cooked: fried, steamed, boiled, and teach you to make fillings and dough. Two local wines will be served with the dumplings.
